  • How to order a prescription glasses?

    Choose a frame in our website, enter your prescription, choose the lens and submit the order, then just wait for delivery. Please see the full guide

  • Why is the price so affordable?

    We are the manufactuerer of eyeglasses and sunglasses. The costs from middlemen are cut out. The glasses are sent to you directly with quality guarantee.

  • Can I order the frames only?

    Yes, selecting the option "Frame Only" in the product page. Please note, there is a demo lens in the frame, which is not ready for use, just for demonstration. It should be replaced with non-prescription or prescription lenses when wearing.

  • What payment method do you accept?

    We accept PayPal and Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX etc..)

  • Can I order a prescription glasses with prism?

    Sure, we can customize the lenses based on your prescription with prism. You just need to leave the comment with the Prism Value and Prism Direction (up, down, in, out) in the prescription form.

  • What is your price for lenses ?

    There are many types of lenses in our store, so the prices are different. You can visit the product page, and enter your prescription, then a list of lenses, including the lens price, based on your prescription will be displayed.


  • How can I ready my prescription?

  • What does the Prescription Type mean?

    Single vision lenses are used to correct vision for far distance only or near distance only.

    Bifocal lenses consist of upper part and lower segment. The upper part of the lens is generally used for far distance, while the lower segment is used for near vision.

    Progressive lenses provide a transition of correction from top to bottom. The top area is for far, middle area is for intermediate, and the bottom area is for near vision. It eliminates the segment lines and allowing clear vision at all distances.

  • How to measure my PD?

    You can ask your family or friend to help measuring.

    Just look straight, and use a ruler to measure the distances between the pupils of both eyes.

  • My shipping address is in the EU, do I have to pay the duty? Is the tax included in the price?

    The import tax and duty are not included in the product price. However, if you choose free shipping, the VAT in the EU will be paid by us.

  • Can you ship the package to my country?

    The parcels can be shipped all over the world. If you can select the country in the address book, then we can ship there.

  • How much is the shipping charge? When can I get my order?

    The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts, processing time and shipping time.

    1) Processing: It generally takes around 3-7 days to customize the lenses, then the frame and the lenses will be assembled.

    2) Shipping

    The following shipping methods for different locations may be updated/disabled/enabled due to the capabilities/policies of the carriers/customs.

    You will be notified before shipping if it can't be fulfilled temporarily.

  • How can I track my order?

    The parcel can be tracked on the order page after logging in to the account.

    Also, there is a tracking number for the last mile from the tracking information, the local courier can use it for tracking.


  • What is your Return Policy?

    From the date you receive the glasses, you can contact us for a return within 30 Days.

    • If you made a mistake on the order,
    • If you just don't like the glasses,

    We will refund you the frame price, as the lenses can't be used any more after cutting. You need to cover the shipping cost.

    • If the glasses have defects, or were made incorrectly, We will make a new glasses for you at no charges, or make full refund.


  • Why can I see clearly in center, but blurry or distortion through the sides?

    This is a fairly common when your eyes get used to the new glasses. It often occurs if the new glasses are of a higher prescription or you chose a larger frame than what you are used to. High index lens can also cause this issue.

    If you've been wearing the old glasses for a long time, your brain gets used to this and can find it hard to adjust if the prescription is changed. So you need to more time to get used to the new glasses.

    If you can't get used to it for a long time, please check if the prescription is too high to get used to, and consult with your optometrist about the problem. Then you can contact with us for replacing the glasses to solve this issue.

  • Why don't the photochromic lenses become dark in the car?

    The photochromic lenses become dark due to the penetration of the sun's ultraviolet radiation.

    Photochromic lenses typically will not darken inside a vehicle because the windshield glass blocks most UV rays.
